Rukun Negara AI is a web application that analyzes text for compliance with the Malaysian national principles known as Rukun Negara. The Service provides:

- Detection of tone, intent, and potentially problematic content flags
- Suggestions for rephrasing content to be more compliant
- Educational information about the five principles of Rukun Negara

- Submit content that violates Malaysian law or regulations
- Use the Service to intentionally generate or promote hate speech, sedition, or content that undermines national unity
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security features
- Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the AI models
- Submit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
3.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
4.1 AI Tool Limitations
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze content. While we strive for accuracy, AI tools can make mistakes. The analysis provided is for guidance purposes only and should not be considered as:
- Legal advice or a legal determination of compliance
- An official government assessment or certification
- A guarantee that content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- A substitute for professional judgment or human review
4.2 "As-Is" Service
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
4.3 Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Service Ownership
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by EnterMind and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 User Content License
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
5.3 Rukun Negara
The Rukun Negara principles are part of Malaysia's national heritage. Our use of these principles for educational and compliance purposes is intended to promote national unity and understanding.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party AI and infrastructure services to provide analysis capabilities. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnterMind and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of the Service
- Any damages resulting from reliance on analysis results provided by the Service
- Any content submitted by users or third parties
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (currently zero, as the Service is free).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EnterMind and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Content you submit to the Service
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EnterMind regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
